She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and aims to obtain certification as an interpreter in Texas to better assist clients in civil and family cases. Her goal is always to offer excellent service, treating every case with the attention and care it deserves. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her two children.

Jan is the general manager of Attorney Ismael Jusino's office, where he ensures that operations run efficiently and clients are kept informed at every stage of the process. With a firm commitment to customer service and clear communication, Jan plays a key role in keeping the team focused and organized.
He has a background in fine arts and graphic design, and has completed certifications in immigration law fundamentals, as well as continuing studies in business and art. Jan's mission is simple: to offer an efficient, empathetic, and people-centered experience for every client.
